Massage therapy has been accepted for thousands of years, with touch being vital to our health and well-being.  It is a privilege and joy, working with clients so that they can feel good with, about and in their bodies.

How I do it:

I practice the five most commonly recommended hands-on massage treatments.  Please use the buttons at the top of the page to learn more about each of the treatments I practice and how I make them my own.

I start each treatment with five to ten minutes of guided relaxation to prepare your mind and body for more effective therapy. It also allows me to spend more time on the therapy stage of the treatment.  Guided relaxation will normally be breathing exercises or muscle group stretching.
